We are an appointment only clinic, we do not accept walk-ins and we require all appointments to be made via the Square application located on our website.

Cancellation Policy

We require a card on file to accept appointments.

Any appointments made without a card or an invalid card will automatically be cancelled.

​

We ask for 24 hour notice if any rescheduling or cancellation needs to occur to accommodate without late charge.

​

Any cancellations after 24 hours from your appointment will result in a $25 charge.

 

Any other cancellations after 12 hours including NO SHOW/NO CALL will result in FULL charge of appointment requested to the card on file.

We allow a 15 minute window after your appointment time before cancelling your appointment.
